Legal Framework
Every engagement begins with a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, price, and responsibilities. For the founding-client managed website plan, the first €59 monthly payment is due when the proposal is accepted and work begins. It counts as month one of the six-month minimum; there is no separate upfront build deposit. Other projects may have a deposit agreed in their proposal.
We build with portability in mind. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, clients retain ownership of their delivered site assets once final payment is complete, excluding licensed third-party tools and services.
Timelines depend on timely client feedback, content delivery, and third-party approvals. Delays in required inputs can shift launch dates accordingly.
Support retainers, hosting, and ongoing optimisation are billed separately from one-off build projects unless packaged together in the proposal.
Detailed commercial terms are always included in project proposals so both sides know exactly what is being delivered and when.
